Ingredients:
3-4 Chicken Drumsticks
1 onion
1 carrot
A pinch of salt
Room temperature water
Step 1: Wash produce. Peel and cut the carrot into half-inch slices. Peel the onion.
Step 2: To a pot with room temperature water, add chicken and a pinch of salt. Bring water to a boil on medium-high heat. Then, add the vegetables and more salt if needed. Cook 1 hour on medium-high heat.
Step 3: After 1 hour, turn off heat and transfer to bowls. Enjoy!
