Ingredients:
3 eggs
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda dissolved in water
200 gr. sour cream
1/2 cup milk
2 cups of flour
vegetable oil
Recipe:
- Mix all the ingredients in a mixer until you get a smooth batter.
- Measure portions of the batter in a ladle and pour into the hot pan.
- Fry until the pancake easily separates from the pan, flip and fry on the other side.
- Serve with maple syrup on top or with whipped cream.
